In the interest of our health and safety and the general welfare of our community, I think it is in everyone’s best interest to suspend Bachendorf’s retail store activity. Our wellbeing is our first priority during this COVID-19 pandemic.
For now, Bachendorf’s will continue serving its clients through online sales, and we remain available to help our customers via telephone, text, and email. Repairs and new purchases will be shipped out of our corporate office as long as we are able to ship.
This decision will be in effect as of Sunday, March 20, 2020. It is my sincere hope that we will be able to reopen in April. As there is no way to have a definitive timeline, I will communicate with everyone as soon as we feel we can reopen without jeopardizing our health, safety, and welfare.
Please be assured that I will continue to comply with the CDC guidelines. I will continuously be monitoring this situation looking forward to the time when we can resume our lives as we knew them only a few weeks ago. Until then, we will pray for our community that we all get through this challenging time as a community supporting each other in any way we can.
