Cowtown Ball

By: Fort Worth Magazine.

The 30th Cowtown Ball, presented by Texas Oncology, is the American Cancer Society’s well-attended Western-chic gala. The gala returns to the Fort Worth Zoo, on Friday, October 20, for the third year in a row, with the theme, “Disco Cowboy – Boots & Bling.” Co-chaired by Ashlee Brenner and Cortney Pelley and honoring Kelly Hernandez, this event raises money to fight back against cancer in our community and will have a specific fundraising effort - access to care – transportation & lodging for Tarrant County cancer patients in need. This fun evening includes an amazing cuisine and open bar, fabulous live auction items and raffles, including trips to Africa, Paris with French Open tickets, and an Argentinian dove hunt – all with American Airlines miles, Bachendorf’s jewelry, FWSSR box tickets, custom his & her boots, NFL tickets and more! Guests will end the night dancing to live entertainment by Straight Tequila Night, known for their electric shows, full of 90s country! Break out your boots & bling and make sure to join in on the fun! Tickets on sale now at www.cowtownballl.org
