Bachendorf’s uses IP Addresses and Cookies in limited ways, as follows:
IP Addresses: An IP address is literally your computer’s address and is a unique identifier, allowing online information to be sent to the right place. We use IP addresses to better understand the customer database. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information such as geographic distribution of our members. We do not intentionally link your IP address to your personally identifiable information.
Does Bachendorf’s use Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)?
No. Clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) are used to manage content on sites by informing what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to track the online movements of Web users. Clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information. We currently are not using this technology.

You may opt-out of receiving such promotional messages from us at any time. If we do send you a promotional email, you will be given the opportunity to decline receiving similar emails in the future.
We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).
If you request a catalog to be mailed to your postal address, you will be placed on our mailing list and you will receive periodic mailings from us.
Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will receive telephone contact from our representatives regarding orders or requests they have placed online. You may be contacted by one of our representatives conducting research with regard to your satisfaction with our service.
